This original artwork features Dillisk (Dulse), responsibly foraged by Nicola Weldon along the Irish coast. Each specimen is carefully gathered from strands and rock pools, then dry pressed to preserve its delicate structure, colour, and natural form.

The pressed seaweed is beautifully framed in natural wood, allowing the intricate detail and organic rhythm of the plant to be appreciated as both a botanical record and an artwork. Created with care and respect for the coastal environment, this piece offers a direct connection to Ireland’s beautiful coastlines.
